All-on-X Dental Implants

A full arch of fixed, natural-looking teeth supported by just four to six implants. A permanent alternative to dentures.

What is All-on-X?

All-on-X is a full-arch tooth replacement technique that uses four implants (All-on-4) or six implants (All-on-6) to support a fixed bridge of replacement teeth. Instead of replacing each missing tooth with its own implant, the prosthesis is anchored to a small number of strategically placed posts, restoring an entire upper or lower arch at once.

The result is a stable, permanent set of teeth that look and function like natural teeth. Unlike dentures, they don't come out at night, don't require adhesives, and don't shift while you eat or speak.

Benefits

Fixed, non-removable replacement teeth
Restores full chewing strength and bite
Preserves jawbone and facial structure
No slipping, clicking, or denture adhesives
Often completed in a single surgical visit
Easier to clean than traditional dentures

Who is a Candidate?

All-on-X works well for patients who are missing most of their teeth, or whose remaining teeth are no longer restorable. Because the implants are angled to take advantage of the densest available bone, many patients who were told they needed bone grafting for traditional implants are candidates for All-on-X.

  • Current denture wearers tired of slipping or sore spots
  • Patients missing most or all teeth in an arch
  • People with failing teeth from advanced gum disease or decay
  • Patients who want a permanent alternative to removable dentures
  • Those with some bone loss who aren't candidates for individual implants

What to Expect

1. Consultation & 3D Planning

We take a CBCT scan to map your bone, nerves, and sinuses, then plan exact implant positions before any surgery.

2. Surgical Visit

Any failing teeth are removed, four to six implants are placed, and a fixed temporary bridge is attached the same day. You leave with teeth.

3. Healing Period

Over the next three to six months, the implants fuse with your jawbone. You wear the temporary bridge during this time and eat a softer diet.

4. Final Prosthesis

Once healing is complete, we replace the temporary with a custom-made final bridge designed for long-term durability and a natural appearance.
