All-on-X is a full-arch tooth replacement technique that uses four implants (All-on-4) or six implants (All-on-6) to support a fixed bridge of replacement teeth. Instead of replacing each missing tooth with its own implant, the prosthesis is anchored to a small number of strategically placed posts, restoring an entire upper or lower arch at once.
The result is a stable, permanent set of teeth that look and function like natural teeth. Unlike dentures, they don't come out at night, don't require adhesives, and don't shift while you eat or speak.
All-on-X works well for patients who are missing most of their teeth, or whose remaining teeth are no longer restorable. Because the implants are angled to take advantage of the densest available bone, many patients who were told they needed bone grafting for traditional implants are candidates for All-on-X.
We take a CBCT scan to map your bone, nerves, and sinuses, then plan exact implant positions before any surgery.
Any failing teeth are removed, four to six implants are placed, and a fixed temporary bridge is attached the same day. You leave with teeth.
Over the next three to six months, the implants fuse with your jawbone. You wear the temporary bridge during this time and eat a softer diet.
Once healing is complete, we replace the temporary with a custom-made final bridge designed for long-term durability and a natural appearance.
